Terms of Service

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Fight IQ website and buy a report. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who we are

Fight IQ is an independent project. You can reach us through our contact page or at fightiqsupport@gmail.com.

2. What we offer

We sell two AI video analysis reports:

  • Sparring Analysis: a breakdown of your own sparring footage, with a rating, strengths, areas to improve, drills and a round-by-round review.
  • Opponent Scanner: a scouting report on another fighter, with their style, habits, weaknesses and a suggested game plan.

Each report is created from the footage you upload and is shown on a private page on our website.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 to buy a report, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

4. Your footage

When you upload a video, you confirm that:

  • you filmed it yourself or have the right to use it;
  • the people who can be identified in it agree to it being uploaded and analysed, and if anyone in it is under 18, their parent or guardian agrees;
  • it contains no illegal, violent (outside of the sport itself), sexual or otherwise harmful content.

You keep all rights to your footage. You allow us and our service providers to use it only to create your report. We delete it once the report is made, or within 24 hours if you don't buy a report. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Opponent footage

Only upload footage of another fighter that you're allowed to use, such as fights that are publicly available or footage filmed with permission. Use Opponent Scanner reports for your own training and fight preparation, and never to harass or harm anyone.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your analysis starts as soon as payment goes through.

7. Your report

Your report usually takes a few minutes. It appears on a private page whose link only you receive. Anyone who has that link can view the report, so only share it with people you trust. Keep the link, because it's how you get back to your report.

8. Right of withdrawal

Normally, you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your report is digital content made specifically for you, you ask us before paying to start the analysis straight away, and you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started. Our Refund Policy explains when you can still get your money back, for example if the analysis fails.

9. AI analysis and safety

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence. They can contain mistakes, and their quality depends on your footage. A report is a training aid. It isn't professional coaching, medical advice or a guarantee of any result.

Boxing and combat sports carry a real risk of injury. Always train and spar with proper supervision, protective equipment and a qualified coach, and stop if you feel unwell or get hurt.

10. Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. This doesn't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or in any other case where the law doesn't allow it. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available, but we can't guarantee it will always be online or error-free. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Belgium. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
